I began waking up at around 6:15 recently. I get a particular energy high from this specific day's sunlight.
If you look at the sun as being a supplier of essential energy for our mental health you can get pretty granular in how you vector out its benefits. For instance let's say the energy we receive from the sun is a tablet called "non-palpable sun energy vitamin X". If we consistently wake up at 8 or 9am we are receiving basically a component of this vitamin. let's call it Vitamin X-8. Most of us are awake and get some sort of exposure to the sun between the hours of 10-5 so let's call this slice of energy Vitamin X-11.
If you consistently are getting these sources of Vitamin X-8 and X-11 you are getting a great source of energy but still aren't tapping into the essential Vitamin X-6 or X-7. This energy comes from the light exposure between pre-sunrise and currently 8am.
This time has increasingly become my favorite sun exposure time of the day. It also has given me the opportunity to regale my friends with yet another outlandish random thought theory. I think I'll get some backing on this one.
