Saw my buddy perform last night before Michael Glabicki of Rusted Root. Seeing live music and especially that of my buddy and his band, Brad Wolfe and the Moon, seems to dump a refreshing bucket bearing the waters of humanity's soul and spirit upon me. I was lucky enough to stick around and watch Michael Glabicki perform a one man show. If there were ever a dance of passion, a manifestation of self, this was it.
I love to go to shows and events like these that leave existential stains on my mind. I've been working in the tech industry for about a year now and the conduits of online interaction are limited in what is transported. Thats important to remember. Hopefully the success of social networks, collaborative tools, social media and the like can be an inspiration to not just revel in the appetizers but the main course as well, this being offline interaction (Or not).
